Complete Shipping Details, Please
February 16, 2008 – 6:04 pmWhat pisses me off sometimes is that I have to keep repeating to my Buyers to send me their complete shipping details numerous times and that will only delay shipping their packages out.
You know, in my invoices, I have already mentioned that I require complete shipping details, including full name of the recipient, delivery address and telephone number but more often than not, people would mail me their initials and not give me their telephone numbers. It is as if they are so afraid to disclose their telephone number to me.
Hey, just to make it clear, I am not going to give you a call but it is required by Pos Malaysia to be filled out on the Poslaju form. It is my hope that people will actually READ my email and reply accordingly or cause a delay to their own shipping.
