Go Get A Holiday!!!!
February 26, 2008 – 7:58 amMy friends have been seeing how many crazy hours of work I put in that they are screaming that I should go for a holiday! Yeah, don’t I know it? But I just can’t seem to let go of my work. There just seems never enough time in a day to complete them and I am someone who will TRY [TRY is the operative word] to complete everything before I shut down for the night.
My friends tell me that I deserve a break and when I come back from a holiday, even if it is just a short weekend trip, I would be all fired up to work again. I know that a refreshed mind and body would help me tackle my tasks better and that I would be more keen to continue slogging away but I am afraid that once I go on a holiday, either I will refuse to return or I will turn lazy. Remember how I became lazy during the New Year?
I cheat myself that if I had a laptop, I would be able to work more efficiently but it will only cause me to let my work stick to me all hours of the day and night. Well, we shall see!
