New Paypal Interface
March 15, 2008 – 11:46 amDid you notice that PayPal now has a new interface? It was down for maintenance a couple of days ago and when it was back online, I noticed these changes. I would not say that it has been a drastic change because they are using the same page template but they have changed the font type, font size and made some important information in our account in Bold letters.
Well, why do they want to do a cosmetic revamp when all we want is actually a better service and better customer support, we do not need canned replies that do not really reply to our questions, do we? We do not want people answering our phones speaking in a kind of weird English that people could hardly comprehend, do we?
Give us the Customer Support that is sorely lacking right now and we don’t even care if the interface is the same for a hundred years, right?
