Public Bank Visa Electron Debit Card Customer Service
March 15, 2008 – 2:04 pmTo say that I am pissed with them is an understatement. I have called them up numerous times asking why a few bucks have been missing from my account without any details but I noticed that each time a sum is deducted from my account, it is somewhere around 77sen.
This may be an insignificant amount of money BUT I keep my accounts in order and I will notice it when money is missing. If it is so difficult to get a reply from them regarding all the missing 77sen, do I dare to expect to hear from them if I have lost RM70 or RM7000?
All I want is a logical explanation on why money is deducted from my account. I am not even ASKING for a refund UNLESS the monies have been deducted ion error.
Whatever the case, I never fully trust a back 100%. My friend asked me why I have so many bank accounts. This is why!
