Taking It To The Highest Level
March 21, 2008 – 1:01 pmI called up my friend last night about his PayPal problem and he said it is still not solved. Well, it is already two months now and it is shocking that his case has been handled so sloppily. I suggested that he take his problem to the highest level since he is not getting the attention that he needs.
Right now, Customer Service has been giving him the run around declaring that his transaction was completed when it is not. There is no sign of his US$500 in his PayPal account too. Tell me that this would not jeopardize our trust on PayPal!
This morning, I searched the internet for information on the President of PayPal and came up with this information. I decided to post them on my blog in case there are other people who also require to take their PayPal cases to the highest level.
