Designing Your Own Logo
April 22, 2008 – 2:27 pmIf you are one of the lucky people who received my business card, you will notice that I do not have a logo on my card. Well, it is not that I do not want a logo, I could not find one good enough for my Store, hence, am not able to put one on my card. I have this idea to have the same logo for my store, business card, postcard and other stationery.
I thought of looking for a company to design a logo for me but I am sure you know that professional logo designers do not come cheap and I certainly do not have the budget for that and that is just too bad.
This morning, I was told to try out a DIY logo design from Logo Yes. This is the logo that I made. I would say that the process is really simple. It’s guided after all so what we need to do is just to go with the follow. Select the logo you desire that best suit your industry. There are so many for you to choose! Type in your business name and select your preferred font, change the layout and font color to suit your preferences and then you are ready to check out.
I’ll be playing around with it a little more. Somehow, there’s a satisfaction in designing my own business logo, even if it’s only partially! I also think that it’s great to have the option to order matching business cards! Right now, Logo Yes is offering 100 business cards for FREE! That’s awesome!
