April 2, 2008 – 5:33 amThis past week, I had an issue with a Buyer who claimed that I have not been as good that a Seller could be. She bought an item that comes with instructions which I emailed to her but from her response, it is AS IF she never received that email which I am highly doubtful of. Still, my feedback is already marred.
Anyway, we learn something new everything. From now onwards, if my item comes with instructions, I would have to print it out and enclose it in my package instead of sending it in an email, which I had thought that would be simpler for the buyer just by clicking on the ultra long URL, though at the moment, I no longer have anything to sell that comes with instructions.
And I guess, every time I send out an email with regards to my business, I would have to carbon copy to myself so that there shall not be a dispute on whether I sent it out or not or when. So, like I said, we learn something new each day and being in sales, I get to meet all kinds of funny people. Luckily, the friendly ones help keep me going.
