Fujitsu-Siemens Esprimo Mobile U9200 2nd Battery Pack
May 7, 2008 – 5:45 pmLast month, when I just bought my Fujitsu-Siemens Esprimo Mobile U9200, I called up the technical department in Kuala Lumpur asking them for the model of the second battery or travel battery. Without number or anything, I don’t even know what to buy.
Frankly, the staff there had no idea that we could even use a second battery pack with this notebook hence prolonging the time we could use it without plugging in the cable. However,r the guy was pretty helpful and he said that he would find out for me.
That evening on a Friday, he called me up and told me that his superior officer will call me on Monday to let me know what model of battery would fit this laptop. he said they needed the answer from the Singapore office.
So fine. I waited and waited and waited…..
this 11th May, 2008, would be a month since I made a call to them. I ask you, how do these people do business? I didn’t call them up to hassle them because I am so busy with my own work I don’t have the time to wait on the phone. And it’s lucky that I am not in urgent need of the second battery pack. it’s just that I would like to know in advance so that I could place an order for it when the need arises.
SIGH!
