Insurance On Standby
May 6, 2008 – 3:07 amA couple of weeks ago, my friend was taken ill and had to be hospitalized. Well, it was “only” food poisoning but her vomiting was bad enough that her doctors decided to put her on drip and she was required to stay the night at the hospital for observation.
My friend was lucky enough to hold medicare insurance which paid for her hospital stay. Could you imagine how much the bill would run up to since it was a private hospital?
We do know how important insurance is but we have to be certain that we have bought the correct insurance or we may end up not getting covered!
