Promosi

The other day, I was at Tesco to look for a writing desk. I asked the sales lady if they have a display unit [or sample] and she said they do. She took me to another section of the building and showed me a writing desk.

I said, this is not the desk I wanted. You see, even the price is different. The one I wanted was selling at MYR89.90 but the one she showed me was selling at MYR49.90 or something like that.

So she told me, the price is different because this one MYR49.90 is original price while the other one is PROMOSI price.

I was pissed off…. I said, the normal price is MYR49.90 while promotional price is MYR89.90? Where’s the logic? I tell you, if I were her supervisor, I would have reprimanded her for not knowing what she is selling!

What kind of impression she makes on customers by not being able to provide accurate information and wasting people’s time. That’s why retailers need mystery shoppers like me!
