eBay Receive Payment Glitch
June 10, 2008 – 10:09 amAt the end of last week, after eBay’s weekly Friday maintenance, eBay broke their code on modes of receiving payment when we list our items. HHmm I had trouble relisting my items and was forced to select “Cash on pickup” as the only way to receive payment from Buyers.
If you are familiar with my ways of trading, you will know that that is something I absolutely do not encourage.
What beats me is that after more than ten years in business, eBay could still have technical glitches like this that inconvenienced millions of sellers.
For me, I chose to go ahead and listed my items but I made sure that I edited my listings once the glitch was fixed. Others didn’t want the extra work and instead, waited for the glitch to be fixed before listing.
I hope that there will be no glitches at all anymore. Aren’t they experience enough already?
