I Prefer Shopping With Girls
June 17, 2008 – 7:32 pmLast weekend, I went shopping with my friend, Alan. He asked me along as he thought that I needed a break away from the home and work. It’s also great to get some fresh air once in awhile.
Anyway, I tagged along with him and you know what? I think I STILL prefer shopping with my girlfriends. At least I have something in common with my girlfriends. They would be buying things that I would also want to buy for myself like clothes, accessories, shoes, bags and make up.
With Alan, and all the other male friends that I went shopping with, all we ever end up at are at garages, DIY stores, computer stores or electrical and electronic shops buying CAT6 cables, radiators, audio equipment, computer or camera accessories or one or another household appliance.
I think the next time a guy asks me to go shopping with him, I’d just turn him down politely rather than waste a whole afternoon! SIGH!
