Some Internet Shoppers Not Serious
June 14, 2008 – 10:35 amAs an online retailer, I have come across many instances where “online shoppers” will drop by my store to play. They have no intention of making a purchase but rather just to test out to see if my WebStore functions are in working order, to see what applications I am using, especially my shopping cart and payment processor.
And then there will be people who register themselves with my store with fake names and addresses, which I delete.

Compared to larger internet retailers like Victoria’s Secret, I wonder if I am receiving more of such orders than them. I’m thinking that this could be a Malaysian mentality. I may be wrong, though.
