Hassle-Free Personalized Gifts

How difficult is it to get a gift? How difficult is it to get a personalized gift? I am someone who takes a long time to decide on what gift to buy and I find it extremely tough when Christmas draws near. Birthdays are fine because they are few and far between but when Christmas comes along, I would have to think up multiple gifts for different people and that is not easy.
