In Need of An Exceptional Party Idea
July 19, 2008 – 11:39 amI am someone who is a minimalist. I don’t like clutter and I get by with the basics only. That’s why I have a little problem planning a party. Not my party, but the yearend party for my niece’s class. Phew, what a mouthful!
Anyway, I am looking for ONE exceptional party idea that would “blow” the school. My niece told me that her class is aiming to win the top prize of having the best party. Well, I don’t know, there are forty over classes in her school so I can only promise to try my best. I don’t remember having such activities when I was in school!
I spent the better part of the night surfing the web looking for party ideas so that I could go through them with my niece in the morning. I knew I could find then online but I am looking for a unique party. Maybe a theme party would do the trick but it is not going to be easy to get the co-operation of thirty kids and their parents.
In any case, I have improvised a couple of party ideas from Celebrations.com which I hope, I KNOW, that the children would love!
