A Taste of Las Vegas
August 6, 2008 – 6:54 pmRunning my own business, it is not easy for me to just go for a holiday. However, I have set a target for myself that if I do meet it, I reward myself with a holiday. This is very different from my friends who are employed. They get to enjoy annual holidays, sometimes go on company trips and there was a friend who was awarded with a couple of Las Vegas vacations for excellent performance in sales.
I dream of a Las Vegas holiday as well and I have done my research. It actually is not an expensive holiday if we know where to get the best Las Vegas deals, particularly hotel deals and show tickets. However, I fear the long trip. Gosh, imagine the time wasted just flying to and fro, when I could have used the time to work. Haha once a workaholic, always a workaholic!
However, I imagine that once I have tasted Las Vegas, I would surely go back for more. Gosh, does the city ever sleep?
