Celcom Billing Problem

I am not sure how many people are affected but I have not received my Celcom bill since June, 2008. I had to call them up after the day I must pay my bill to request a free copy of my bill. Luckily, I went to Celcom bill website to check my bill and paid that amount online.

If I were to request my bill before the last day, i would be charged RM10 which is totally unfair to me because it’s not my fault that the bill is not received, right? Anyway, it is not urgent so I waited.

The same problem happened again in July. It’s now August and it looks like I am not going to receive it again, although when I called Celcom Customer Care to request for a copy of my bill yet again. The lady told me that there is a problem with Celcom billing and that I would be receiving my July bill together with my August bill. I don’t see either.

I already have the billed amount by calling up Customer Care at 1111 or I could also check my bill from Celcom Bill Online at https://wsc.celcom.com.my/webselfcare/login.aspx but I have not made payment to them yet. Without the bill on my desk, I keep forgetting. LOL
