First of all would be an internet connected computer, of course, and then she would need a fast and reliable internet connection and one thing that has been overlooked by many, is dedicated server hosting for her blogs and websites.
I have to admit that when I first started my online venture, I too used shared hosting but soon after that, I ran into numerous problems. What made matters worse was that this was a foreign hosting company and I had trouble getting hold of them on the phone whenever my server was down because of the time difference. I learnt my lesson and now use Malaysia dedicated server which I have not run into any significant problem, thankfully!
