Email Archiving Solutions
August 26, 2008 – 3:26 pmRunning an online business, email is my main mode of communication. I don’t know how other people like me are coping with their email but in these three years, I already have accumulated more than seven thousand email messages and my volume isn’t even heavy!
To keep clutter out of my mailbox, I back up my old email in a separate mailbox. These emails are regarding transactions that are over and done with. Sure, I could delete them from my mail box but I have to keep them for future reference. I could easily search my archived mail if I want to but for every day emailing, I like my mail server to perform seamlessly without being bogged down by old email that I do not normally access.
