Celcom Bill Ready Notice
September 26, 2008 – 2:59 pmFor the past few months, I have sensed that Celcom will be doing away with our hard copy bills. I no longer receive any bill from them and I have to call them up to send a copy to me, mentioning that I did not receive it and it may have been lost in the mail. Lost in the mail or not, I am not sure because in the first place, did they send it out?
If you are calling Celcom Customer Care for a copy of your bill, you have to call after your billing date or you will be charged MYR10. Requesting for a copy of your bill that has been “lost” is free after your billing date. However, if you have already received it and yet would like to have a duplicate copy for whatever official purpose, it’s also MYR10.
So anyway, I did not receive my bills for the past few months until I call Celcom Careline to send one to me. I know that we could print out a copy from the Celcom Customer Care website but why should I waste my ink and paper, right?
A couple of days ago, I received an email from Celcom, first time since I subscribed to their package, actually, that my bill is ready on their Celcom Customer Care website. Does this mean that they will no longer be sending out hard copy bills to their Celcom customers?
