September 30, 2008 – 5:40 pmIf you have been reading my blog, you would have read me questioning how some people would willingly fork out millions of dollars for a piece of fine art. If I have that obscene amount of money, I know of more ways to spend it on, definitely not on just a piece of art that I could probably draw better myself.
However, there are some people who think of fine art as investment and they have no problems placing these pieces of art around the house, to be admired while waiting for the value to appreciate, or for another fine art lover to come along and snap it up.
If I have such priceless pieces of art at home, I would worry all the time, particularly when I have to relocate. I guess I am just being silly because as long as there’s a reputable Art Moving Company with years of experience in moving fine art doing the work, there really is nothing to worry about.
