Taking Time To Write Negative Reviews
September 7, 2008 – 9:02 pmThe other day, I was looking for reviews of restaurants online as we were planning to eat out and you know what? I noticed that customers hardly bother to leave a comment or feedback on good service but they do take the time to leave a negative comment on restaurants that they think their service or food suck.
And with a herd mentality, once a negative comment is there, the other people have no qualms following up with more negative comments too.
I think that it’s human nature to feel like they should get the whole world know about something ONLY when it affected the negatively. I think that people should spare equal time to comment on positive points as well. What do you think?
