The Elvis is Alive Museum Back On eBay

September 25, 2008 – 1:35 pm

Andy Key of Mississippi, the owner of the Elvis is Alive Museum in Missouri, has decided to put his eBay purchase of The Elvis is Alive Museum back on auction after 1.5 years. Andy says military duties will keep him away from home for at least five months so he decided that a new owner would be better for the Museum.

The Elvis Is Alive Museum

The Elvis is Alive Museum was started in 1990 by a Baptist minister, Bill Beeny who then eBay-ed it in November, 2007 to Andy Key for US$8300. This Museum holds the theory that Elvis never died. Andy’s eBay listing, which ends Friday, has a minimum bid of US$15,000, though he hopes that it will once again be owned by someone local.

My sister is such a huge Elvis Presley fan that it would be awesome to own all these Elvis memorabilia which includes photographs, books, FBI reports, DNA reports and replicas. But then with a minimum bid of US$15,000, hopefully, a bigger fan would get to own the museum.
