Disaster Recovery Software

October 10, 2008 – 10:54 pm

A few short months ago, I mentioned that I lot a huge chuck of data on my computer. It was because my hard disk crashed and the technician reinstalled my operating system and in the process wiping out my data without backing up. I was royally pissed off of course, but recently, I was told that I could salvage my data with disaster recovery software. I wished that I know of this earlier.

If you run a server, you should back up your data regularly. You know, my work depends heavily on the computer and internet technology but I still do not trust it entirely. If an accident happens that causes you to lose data, you could try the disaster recovery software.

Syncsort has an excellent solution and you could request for free trial. For more information, check the website of Syncsort.com.
