I don’t understand how this British couple could get away with trading in endangered animals on eBay. There are strict rules on eBay prohibiting this and I am sure any keywords used for listing such items would have been caught by spiders or robots used.
I discussed about this with a friend and he said that perhaps, the couple had used some secret words to describe what they have for sale on eBay that only other buyers and sellers of endangered animals would understand. Sort of like a secret language, he said. LOL
Anyway, the operations of this British couple, a former animal care professor and his wife, were only uncovered when their house was raided in 2006. What’s taken the authorities this long to have them booked, one wonders.
