I have, however, been going in an out of a plastic and reconstructive clinic so I understand that some people need to go for cosmetic surgery, not to enhance their looks but to create a look that nature did not provide. There are many babies suffering from cleft lip, but there are also people who have normal looking lips who would do lip augmentation.
