Study For A Degree
February 18, 2012 – 1:09 pmA friend told me that she would like to gain a Ph.D. I was shocked, as she certainly does not look the studious type but I guess, for some people, studying could be addictive, and she is certainly addicted to her books if she really goes for her Ph.D!
Our short chat did make me wonder about my lack of tertiary education. HHmm I don’t even have a basic degree. Should I get one? If so, what course should I take? I had wanted to take an online psychology degree initially but I dare not commit because I lack time.
This is what many working adults face. That’s why I always advise my school-going friends to complete their studies first before they start work. Otherwise, there will be so many distractions, they wouldn’t want to go back to their books!
