eBay has just launched a sub-site, targetting at 'green' vehicles listed on their website. This eBay Green Driving site features fuel mileage comparison data on different vehicle models and fuel-saving driving practices. eBay UK, which claimed to have "mistakenly" assigned an old eBay ID, registered 14 years ago at eBay USA and has garnered almost 12,000 positive feedback, has restored the ID to its original owner.
There is no explanation offered to the original ID owner on what happened or how this mistake ...
